Musical News

Greetings Students and Families!!!

My name is Mrs. Zell, and I am the music teacher here at Rothschild Elementary. I am so excited to get know you and your family! This will be my seventh year at Rothschild and I love to teach music!

Music is an awesome subject where the students have the opportunity to get to know and sing a wide variety of songs, work with many kinds of instruments, and allow their personalities and talents to shine! Throughout the school year, students will gain crucial musical knowledge, memories, and experiences that will last a lifetime!

Here are some quick highlights about music class this year…

Concert Performance Series in the Rothschild Elementary Gymnasium:

Thursday, December 14th, 2017
·      Kindergarten Performance: 5:00 pm
·      First Grade Performance: 6:00 pm
·      Second Grade Performance: 7:00 pm
Thursday, March 8th, 2018
·      Third Grade Performance: 5:00 pm
·      Fourth Grade Performance: 6:00 pm
·      Fifth Grade Performance: 7:00 pm



Materials:

·      Grades 3-5—Soprano Recorder
·      More information for third grade regarding recorders will be coming at a later date.
